These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Tanlify's website creation and related services ("Services"). By submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or using our deliverables, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & scope

We provide design and deployment of websites according to the package and scope agreed in writing (including WhatsApp or email). Anything outside that scope may require an additional quote.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and lawful content (text, images, logos). You warrant that you have the rights to any materials you supply.

3. Payments & refunds

Fees are as quoted for your selected package. Unless otherwise agreed, work proceeds after confirmation of payment or deposit. Refund rules, if any, will be stated in your order confirmation — replace this paragraph with your actual policy.

4. Delivery timelines

Stated delivery times (e.g. same day, 24–48 hours) begin after we receive all required content and your approval to start. Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback may extend delivery.

5. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number included in your package. Additional rounds or major scope changes may be billed separately.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered site for your business as agreed. We may retain the right to reuse generic components, techniques, and non-client-specific code. Update this section with your lawyer's preferred wording.

7. Domains & hosting

Domain registration and hosting are typically billed by third-party providers. We assist with setup where included in your package; ongoing renewals and provider terms are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanlify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This section should be reviewed by legal counsel for your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
